Suroor Return Policy

At Suroor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • The perfume bottle must be unused and unopened.
    • The original packaging, including any seals or protective wrapping, must remain intact.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Refund Policy:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Note: Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for returns.

We need an unboxing video for the item to be eligible for return.
